10@10 is dancing, singing and exercise for children.
We have been doing it in our classroom since September. Sometimes we go on to the 10@10 website, but most of the time we do GoNoodle. Our favourites are Cheerleader, Can’t Touch This, Fresh Prince & Best Day of my Life.
10@10 is a way to have fun & stretch your muscles. It is good fun and you do it for five to ten minutes a day. We do it for the Active Flag, but you can do it at any time you want to, for as long as you want.
