A Mid Morning Workout

The Body Coach, Joe Wicks, is running a school fitness week this week. Several classes in the school took part this morning at 10am as he live streamed a HIIT (high intensity interval training) on YouTube. It was hard – a 20 minute workout as well as a warm up and cool down – but good fun and we were all out of breath by the end! You can give it a try at home too by clicking here
